The Global Punjabi Association (GPA), in collaboration with its Punjab and Spain Chapters, successfully organized a Guest Lecture and Book Release on 31st December 2025 at Anand Group of Colleges, Amritsar–Pathankot NH-54, Amritsar.

The programme featured Prof. Carlos Canivell Cretchley, Professor, EU Business School, Barcelona, Spain, as the distinguished guest speaker. The event commenced at 11:45 AM with a warm welcome extended to the guest, dignitaries, faculty members, students, and members of GPA.

The session centered on the theme “Skills for Success”, wherein Prof. Canivell delivered an insightful and highly motivating lecture. He emphasized the importance of adaptability, lifelong learning, leadership, ethical values, communication skills, and global mindset in
achieving personal and professional excellence in the modern world. His address was enriched with real-life experiences and practical examples, which deeply resonated with the audience, particularly students and young professionals.

On this occasion, Prof. Canivell also released his book “Your Life Instruction Guide”. The book offers practical guidance on self-development, goal setting, decision-making, and leading a balanced and purposeful life. The book release ceremony was warmly applauded by the audience and marked a key highlight of the event.

The programme witnessed the gracious presence and support of senior members of GPA, academicians, and the management of Anand Group of Colleges. The organizers expressed their gratitude to Dr. M.M. Anand, Chairman, Dr. Jaswinder Singh Dhillon, Vice Chairman
