On the request of Dr. Soran Singh President Uttar Pradesh Chapter of GPA and as directed by Dr. Iqbal Singh Lalpura Ji Chief Patron GPA, Dr. Kulwant Singh Dhaliwal Ji, President GPA and S. Mohinder Singh Rtd. IAS Chapter President Tricity Chandigarh a face- to – face cum conference mode meeting of local Amritsar members of GPA was convened at A-5, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar at 03:00 P.M to make preparation for the Visit of 51 Prasadi Sikhs from Uttar Pradesh for 3 days i.e from June 10 to June 12, 2026.

In the meeting following decisions were unanimously taken:
1. It was decided that a minute-to-minute practical program be prepared and delivered online to all the visiting delicates through their group leaders Dr. Soran Singh Ji, so that each member ofthe visiting troop must be aware of schedule of the visit and strictly adhere to the schedule.
2. Duties to GPA members be assigned as under:
a) At Kiratpur and Anandpur Sahib; Dr. Iqbal Singh Lalpura Ji with his local team.
b) At Amritsar; Dr. Jaswinder Singh Dhillon and Dr. Jaswinder Kaur Sohal
3. At Guru Teg Bahadur Niwas; S. Manjit Singh Bhoma and his team
4. At Wagha Border S. Kuldeep Singh Kahlon and his team
5. Refreshment, Breakfast/Lunch/ Dinner Mrs. Arti Mahajan and S. Mandeep Singh
6. At Jallianwala Bagh, Ms. Rama Ranjit Singh
7. To write letters to The Manager (Guru Tegbhadaur Yatri Niwas, Amritsar) and Inspector General BSF will be the responsibility of Dr. Jaswinder Singh Dhillon
8. For any emergency the troop members may contact Dr. Iqbal Singh Lalpura Ji, Dr. Jaswinder Singh Dhillon and Dr. Mrs. Jaswinder Kaur Sohal.
9. Minute – to minute program, list of 51 Prasadi Sikhs, brief history of Prasadi Sikhs and Copies of Letters written Yatri Niwas, BSF and Media be made available to all the troop members.
