A meeting of the office bearers/executive committee members/members of Global Punjabi Association (Regd.) was held under the Chairmanship of S. Iqbal Singh Lalpura Ji, Patron of the Association on Thursday April 13, 2023 at 7:00 pm at 95-Lodhi Estate, Camp Office, New Delhi. The following office bearers/executive members/life members/special invitees were present.
The following decisions were unanimously taken by the executive committee in anticipation of the approval of the general house.

It was decided that S. Iqbal Singh Lalpura Ji Patron, Mrs. Iqbal Singh Lalpura Ji, Dr. Kulwant Singh Dhaliwal President, S. Ajayveer Singh Lalpura and Mrs. Ajayveer Lalpura will receive the VVIPs and present them with Bouquets and Fulkaris as a part of Traditional Punjabi Culture.
AGENDA ITEM NO: 3. To finalise the minute-minute programme.
It was decided, that though there will be several Film, TV, and professional artist present in the function; they will not be given time for performance. The Presentation will only be by the artist of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. To assist this troupe, some artist of Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College, New Delhi and Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School, New Delhi will be available.

AGENDA ITEM NO: 4. To assess and evaluate the membership drive.
It was decided that the screening committee will scrutinise all the applications for membership and will allow membership to those aspirants who can contribute to the society and the association in a substantive way. Only persons with clean track record and good reputation as sincere citizens, will be enrolled as members. The office bearers/executive committee members or the founder members may recommend the names of members to be enrolled.
AGENDA ITEM NO: 5. Miscellaneous if any with the permission of the chair.
Iqbal Singh Lalpura Ji and Dr. Kulwant Singh Dhaliwal told the committee that 400th Concluding Free Medical Testing Camp of World Cancer Care was inaugurated by Hon’ble S. Hardip Singh Puri, Union Cabinet Minister, and Sh. Manoj Tiwari MP at Gurdwara Majnu ka Tilla, New Delhi on Baisakhi Day i.e., April 14, 2023 at 12:30 noon. S. Maninder Singh Sirsa and S. Harmeet Singh Kalka President Delhi Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee were also present at the time of inauguration of the camp. Thousands of people were given the facility of free medical testing and free medicines on this auspicious day.
The duties were assigned to maintain discipline seating arrangement, serving refreshment to the guest, and providing accommodation, if required to any of the guest or artist.
The meeting ended with the Vote of thanks to the chair and esteemed members.
